More to the point, when will SH take more notice of and seek a better understanding of qtly's and FYA.
When will they learn to pull together so they can use there voting powers better.
When will SH vote to put better constraints on when where and how performance based incentives are paid to Dir. Instead of leaving it up to the Board of Dir.
IMO dir's should only receive bonuses once sh have. Considering that the company wouldn't exist without the funding it gains via SH .
We have a great way of being able to communicate all these issues via HC but few put in the time and effort to check the facts of company ann's. and or to seek how they can have a better say in what happens, due to (IMO) most are in it for there own reasons and trust there own judgments as to why they invested.
Time for a SH Union lol.
