Fair post Tex. Your calculations are indeed reasonable. It is true that there is no personal risk to Mark at this stage.

However the point still remains, why issue another 11 million shares if the company dont need the capital? Just because Mark no longer has risk doesnt mean he has no faith in the company! He holds squillions of shares and is going to try and make QTK into the kind of company that will make him one of the richest people in Australia.
