How can you say that RC and JH had a personality clash when nothing of the kind was ever released nor made known to anyone.

That, IMO is, and most probably was, just another one of those unsubstantiated and crap like excuses.

IMHO, the decision was made well before it happened, while JH was kept in the dark.

The resolution that was put forward to us at the June 2012 AGM where we had to vote for either or, that explains what was behind it all. And the Court, with their findings, have confirmed what I have been saying.

By the way, if you were at those meetings you would have heard RC making a statement commitments that he was going to personally approach JH (Personally mind you), to see what could be done and try to reward JH, or acknowledge him, for what he did and for all of his past work in the company.

Did that ever happened.???

Why don't you ask him and let us know.

You will be surprised at the response..

I am still of the strong opinion that, if RC was to do what he said he would, and approach JH, something could have been worked out and we would not be in this predicament that we are finding ourselves now in.

Everyone that was involved in the company, and in the oil side of things have all gone to greener pastures. Just tell me why this is so.

In closing, the only thing that I blame JH for, is that IMHO he fell for all the hogwash and crap that the rebels were dishing out to him .
