I agree vintage, but are we putting to much weight on the hearing?
No one else seems to be?
Surely if we know, the market must?
Some alterations here some changes there, happens all the time. Today's announcement is a perfect example.
Is this just due process that has to be undertaken if u wanna produce u in the US of A?
If it is, then every other u company has to do the same and then the risk factor for pen associated with this hearing must drop right off?
I know now pens situation, position etc is different to other company's but these guys that are contesting are gunna do the same to any u mining company anywhere in the usa. I can't think of the company that is going through the exact same thing right now, power tech is it?
