No - its a result of a successful intervention by groups concerned about aspects of the project and the approval process for it.

Strata's predecessors in Wyoming did not have to contend with a SML intervention (although Ur-energy did experience an intervention in regard to its BLM approvals).

Your question "are we putting to much weight on the hearing?" cannot be answered. It is up to each individual to answer that according to their own reading of the issues and risks involved.
