Be good if ado signed a deal prior to the directors asking for millions more options to be granted so at least we know for sure they have performed and deserve them as they are in addition to existing salary /bonus arrangements. GC getting an 80k bonus for the cap raising last yr was a surprise to read, be good if these "incentives" are known up front.
