Option 3 per Noodly - cash straight into shareholder pockets.
Option 4 - cash into company and holders own the company that only holds the equivalent of the amount per share x the number of shares on issue. Cash holdings then become the market cap.
Option 4 is messy in terms of getting the cash back to holders and not likely.
All hypotheticals of course.
