No surprise to me they are confident, based on the strength and quality of the rebuttals I posted. Strata, Ben Schiffer and the NRC has done an outstanding job responding to the intervenors expert witness statements on matters of law and technical aspects.
even if Strata wins, of which I also am now confident, litigation is possible but I believe unlikely. If they can't win on the strength displayed so far, at I am sure great expense, on what basis would they litigate and would they be prepared to risk more funds? I think not.
