UBS came into this underwriting to make a quick $15million fee and the director at UBS in charge was looking at a $2-3 million personal bonus. He will probably now get sacked. Any other theories about share price manipulation or takeover plans is way off the mark & hopeful thinking. They will happily sell the shares at 48 cents.
