I believe the capper holds many millions of shares and has plenty of cash to buy as many as he/they want, therefore it is easy to manipulate the sp to suit one self ....especially a small cap. As I said before the capper is also in it for the $$$$$ therefore the capper, short - medium term could be a friend and not the enemy.....Good luck all
