In the past 7 years Stock Market has been a two sided coin. You pick the right one... you can buy a nice property free from the profit. Why not? It's a common sense.
You pick the wrong stock.... you'll go backward & keep on renting for life.
What i notice here, so called stock market expert who claimed to make lots of $$$$ from junk stocks are still renting & down ramping property owners. LOL.
