waverider, I cant fault your logic!!!
But I just feel that if the combined boards of BCI and IOH are still in favor of this deal, and they have proven themselves, and BCI could have pulled out, yet the deal will be done, then I will put my faith (and money at risk) with them.
With all due respects to all H/C contributors, I trust them more than you.
