It ain't down ramping. The expectation of all (maybe not you) is that far should have hit much higher on technicals. You do the work.
What I will say in the context of down ramping is that the ultimate down ramper is the seller. Grab hold of them and ask them to substantiate. Profit I guess even though far should have much more runway.
