I find the attached article rather interesting in regards to the legal action being taken by both parties


For the Index EMS Cudeco Plant at Cloncurry QLD; Practical Engineering performed a full structural verification and compliance review to Australian Standards (AS1170:2007 Structural Design Actions) of a coal material handling plant including conveyor runs, hoppers, silos, access systems and overhead gantry cranes.
The scope of works included some re-design works in order to meet Australian Standards due to respective wind loads based on the site’s location in central Queensland. Re-designed structures included conveyor supporting A Frames and specification of a revised bolting arrangement for access systems to the vibrating hoppers and screens.
