I too respect your persistent (and annoying) downramping. With no real news for such a long time this post would have been boring.
Since you don't hold and "never will" I propose a wager of a slab of Corona on the result. To clarify, the result being a favourable or unfavourable decision by the minister on Caz. Obviously I am on Caz.
Given your means, I wouldn't think a slab would hurt you. You could really clean up!
