I think you're all underestimating the psychology behind sellers....if the price isn't moving anywhere for extended periods of time, even with international exposure to the stock and announcements, they sell.

Farjoy is applying a ceiling to the price buy buying up the sellers that are happy to take 13.5c, and those that bought in this morning, but got out be due to non-eventful price movement.

Stacking buys in large quantities to suppress price hikes that would see a vested interest paying more than what they'd like when they are seeking to acquire a substantial holding in a company in not a unusual event - its common practice. Seasoned traders know this very well and recognize ti when they see it, unseasoned ones that trade on emotion with the pack need to learn this.

Who exactly do you think was placing the large buys (100k-1.5m) at 13.5-14c throughout the entire day? Day traders?? Punters?? Really...?

Smarten up people, its a game of numbers and percentages...not emotion.

Might help a couple of the previous posters to educate themselves on Business 101. I've got the Stocks Trading 101 covered thanks and happily very much in the green between CNX, FAR and PCL.

IMO take or leave, the very large Doji that has formed is bearish.... I'll let the reality of the market educate you on the rest.
