Regardless of whether it is a placement to instutional investors or to the upcoming off take partner(s) there is a very high chance it will be done prior to 25th November as this is the date the extra placement facility expires where the company are able to issue a further 10% of its exisiting share capital without shareholder approval, bringing the total amount able to be issued to 25%. After this date they can only issue an extra 15%.
