Ok I think property if u do your homework is the better investment. But it's also a game if you know how to play you can accumulate a lot fast, buying undervalue is very important. I'm all about positive cash-flow. If it's not positive cash flow or positive geared I would be just in shares. Shares market confuses me so I only play a little with stocks. Property will see me retired by 40. Problem with property is 1 mistake can set u back a long time so it's vital to do your research and know what the bank will value it at before u buy.
