What if current IO conditions last longer than 12 months? The level of over-supply is actually predicted to increase over the next 12-18 months as the big 3 continue to bring more production online. Going by SDL's own graphs, it could be 3 years before supply and demand reach equilibrium again, maybe longer if Chinese domestic production doesn't wind back as predicted.
