    Hats off to those who predicted this a few weeks ago.

    Reserving my judgement, usually I would say it erodes value for existing SH.

    I think it will go to .013 today, but I hope not.

    And if it was voted down next month, that would be a very bad sign as well.

    So, I can't see that this is a good ann.

    Can someone provide the counter argument (and cheer me up)?
