"Senegal discovery detail – Oil in place is 250-950-2,500mmbbl (P90-P50-P10), using a 25% RF on the P50 suggests <250mmbbl recoverable (around cusp for commerciality). The oil water contact has not been encountered, so there is potential for thicker pay down-dip. Pre-drill, Cairn targeted two main fans, the shallower H150 fan found just shows and the main discovery was in the H300 fan (535mmbbl recoverable pre-drill). In terms of value to Cairn, based on 250mmbbl at ~$4.5/bbl, it is worth ~40p/sh unrisked. There is limited read-through to the subsequent SNE-1 well as it is targeting a different main reservoir (carbonate instead of clastic) and a different interval." - Tudor Pickering
