NOTICE OF DIRECTORS NOMINATIONS
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rules 3.3.5, Delegat Group Limited advises
that, in respect of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 2nd
December 2014, the opening date for Director Nominations is 10th October 2014
and the closing date for Director Nominations is 27th October 2014. All
nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. on the closing date.
