Western Australian explorer Caravel Minerals (ASX:CVV) is preparing to outline details of a placement of securities.
The Australian Stock Exchange has granted the company a trading halt, with its shares placed in pre-open.
The company is focussed on Calingiri, and has nine major drilled prospects.
At Calingiri broad intersections of copper-molybdenum-silver-gold mineralisation have been made.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Tuesday 14th October 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
