IPH, which is the holding company for intellectual property law firm Spruson & Ferguson, will list in November with a $330.9 million market capitalisation. Sources said there were more than $1 billion worth of institutional bids into IPH's book-build.
Fundies were told that only $65 million of shares were allocated to institutions. The rest found their way into the two brokers’ retail networks.
