Maybe they've wanted out for a while now, for any number of reasons, maybe because they couldn't get what they wanted from AVQ? I suggest they are getting out 'now' for no reason other than because the volume of recent days/weeks has allowed them to do something they may have wanted to do for a long-long time - irrespective of court outcomes.

I'm new to AVQ and haven't read all the 3B's but I imagine Drake still have plenty of unlisted options (2c? 3c?) up their sleeves, so if things do go as well as we all expect, they will certainly be in the money and profitable.
