Agree hotmix. I was going to vote against the proposed changes to the performance shares as well. If they kept the VWAP at 10 days and increased the SP to 22 cents I'd be fine with it, however I am a tad concerned that management doesn't believe 19 isn't possible by end of the year want to water their target down that much. I'll raise this at the AGM as well.

Regarding Lefevre's comments, well if I don't have anything good to say about someone I usually stay silent. However I second your thoughts on Baker Young. Their advisory fees are hefty compared to what they achieve and their network and client circle is too limited. No idea why AJX doesn't move on and pay a bit more on a higher quality broker. I'm not expecting a Macquarie but a broker with national reach and more than 5 advisors which don't change every six months would be a start (yes I have spent far too much time on researching AJX and all their external suppliers/service companies).
