hello there,
After the over-bid putting the scuppers on the HZN / ROC merger....this company's SP has faltered dramatically. Look, I go over and over the numbers, and I cannot see why the stock is so unloved. A TO in the wings. Maybe. But the SP would not indicate interest. (though they wouldn't show their hands anyway if it could be helped).
so Just so that I am not spitting chips everyday....why am I holding this stock (purchased during merger phase for quite a bit higher a price...but holding because I thought that 300 million $ was coming in or going to come in.)
