I am quite pleased with the agreement proposed. One of the big risks with this project was if Indonesia changed its mind on banning the export of bauxite. With 50% of production at a guaranteed price this significantly reduces this risk even though we may not make as much profit. The price will I am sure be enough to make a reasonable profit but Noble win if prices soar. We would then make good profit on the remaining 50%.
I don't agree with the comments that the Tasmanian projects are the flagship of the company. This is the easy entry point to get the company producing. This company will soar if they get the Queensland projects going as they have potential for much larger production
