Our Poorly paid directors

Hi,

Sob sob. Our MD is only drawing a salary of $450K and needs to be compensated with Long term Incentive bonuses.

Achievements:

Appointed on 25 Jan 2005 - Almost 10 years in the seat.

Share price on that day approx. 30 cents
Number of shares on issue at that time = 69 million

so the share price has gone down by 94% and number of shares have gone up by 40 times.

I think this deserves to be handsomely rewarded with freebies.

If it were not the serious money the punters have lost with this company, this whole saga will be so laughable.

This LTIP and director freebie options deserves the same treatment as that of last time.
