stockmaster, are you sure about that?
On the 23rd of Feb they ceased being a substantial holder which (I believe) means they dropped below the 5% threshold which qualifies a holder as 'substantial'.
Looks to me like they are just enaging in some short term stock shuffling after selling out of part of their holding at higher prices only a week or two ago.
If this is the case then it is a positive sign of value appearing in the share price at these levels.
Just my humble opinion.
