I don't control the SP it's where it is because Empire want it there, though I think they may have lost control as CM did towards the end, but even CM would have had the drills done and the SP up for the meeting in expectation of more options.
This lot don't want it up till the deals up and the 70 % gain in Sp for Erms % of ep 389 tenement is in play
