Yeah W.W that one is strange - I wonder what Oceanwide think about that ? according to Roh and others the NCU isnt included in the offtake agreement so 40% of the 30mt 10 year resource can be sold to anyone even though O.W said they would buy it - but what happens to any additional ore mined abover 3mt p/a ? surely O.W would want at least 60% of that as well.
