Cyph I do agree with some things you have said I also follow Patrick on twitter, I'm not a huge fan of Patrick but am a fan of the idea behind internet advertising of property and car sales throughout Asia .
One thing I do believe is that REA quite possibly would have the best understanding of what iproperties potential is and if they were willing to pay $3.40 for their initial stake I am a very happy buyer at these prices.
