Another factor to consider is that the company may not be too keen to 'show their hand' to the public (and anyone who holds atleast one share) which will broadcast their sales figures to the other companies in opposition.
From memory, they don't report the number of infusion pumps or ECG machines they sell, and to who, so I don't think that sales numbers and customers is something that will be in any report. They did report a multi year contract with WA health to provide medical equipment, but the specific details of what this actually is ends up being (no of pumps purchased by each of the hospitals involved) may not be publically available.
Just have to rely on sales figures and other sources of information and let our imaginations run wild with what we think may be happening.
I still believe that this company has huge potential but as posted by many - it will take time.
