I should add that the CEO, his brother who is on the Board (Andrew Teoh) and the Chariman at the time, Terry Cutherbertson, sold $9m worth EACH!
Just take a look at the last company this mob was involved in to get a feel for their lack of ethics...Montech International (ASX:MTI). Listed at 50c, currently trading at 0.1c. They did the same thing there and sold out at much higher levels.
