CCI have a market cap way less than $20 mill atm.
I expect min approx A$15 mill net/pa after Aka 26%...and that will increase.
I think that is very conservative.
Do some P/E figures.
Huge potential upside and limited downside ?
Throw in the other potential from the other properties and....
CCI has a very open register atm.
CCI have the agreement with Aka....friendly.
So obviously a takeover would have to be friendly imo.
Im just throwing some thoughts around here....any constructive comments appeciated.
