Probably a number of CNE or COP sized companies who will be running the ruler over FAR. They will wait for a couple of appraisal wells though for the project to be commercially de - risked before parting with hard earned.
So the BP report could be in advance of a CR. And WN has a legitimate point regarding commercialisation risk.
