Why on earth would you offer an SPP with a price based on the average of future trading? If you are going to do that at least make it a non renounceable rights issue.

This is so predictable, everyone is going to sell off, because they can apply for as many as they want under the SPP. The share price is going to get hammered, as there is zero incentive to buy on market (or in the SPP for that matter). Then the directors will place 5 million at 10 cents a share to 'sophisticated' investors, diluting current shareholders and effectively capping the share price in the low teens.

This is one of the most bizarre raisings I've come across in many aspects, and SWE has lost a lot of my respect.

We must keep in mind that there are some big stakeholders who got in above 20cents. I don't think management is so stupid to spit in their faces by doing something that'll drive the price deliberately way down.

In the long run this stock is al about end 2015 -2016. Then we'll know whether there is oil or not...
