The West Zone is 500m long, up to 300m deep and 50m wide (my assumption). If all the current drilling goes to plan (ie. mineralisation continues at shallow depth over 500m, and down to 300m, I estimate the West Zone resource to be around 240,000 tonnes of copper (500m*300m*50m*2% average grade*2 specific gravity*80% recovery rate) or 528 million pounds, the majority of which will be extractable via shallow pit mining.
Even if we made $0.5/pound net margin, that would equate to an NPV of $264m (ignoring capex), or $0.38/per share.
Lot of water to go under the bridge obviously..
Would be nice to see some other MOD posters come out of the woodwork!
