You may have hit the nail on the head though, maybe these big holders want to average down, and hence this poorly timed, managed and priced raising.

The classic thing will be that management will argue that everything was above board, because they offered existing shareholders shares first.

And 100% with Borrks on the fact that this need for $$ has to be explained. With the Tanzanian listing funds and the payments from Cespa that they stated they will get, it makes little sense.

makes no sense to me to raise from ASX currently at such low prices. Not long ago someone from management picked up 1000000 shares at 26cents from memory. Any thoughts? How would you justify that?!
