I was convinced that the deal with this handle and now I'm even more convinced. Last year, we started to drill here, it was a step confirming that it is investing in Nowa Ruda is not thrown money. The potential exists here. Drill quite extensively already almost a year and so far, the information we obtained confirms that this coal is here.

The plan was to conduct a five wells. The first one was made on 19 November 2013. However, the Company decided to extend the appraisal. Two weeks ago I received a decision extending the concession for the construction of two additional holes.

- We want to better understand the deposit as these first wells were so promising and interesting, on the other hand also investors and international standards, we forced the additional information - said Andrzej Zibrow, CEO of Coal Holding.

The size of the deposit is estimated at approx. 107 million tons. The first wells and collected documentation showed that these resources is much more. The implementation of this system costs approx. $ 10 million and later also the additional cost of the production, but that's okay, because it is simply the cost of doing business. In the second quarter, the company plans to obtain a license for the operation and within 3-4 years of launch coking coal mine.

This will be the largest investment in the history of the county Kłodzki and its estimated cost of approx. $ 150 million. It will allow for the creation of approx. 2,000 jobs, which is especially significant whereas 30% unemployment in the municipality of Nowa Ruda.
