Normally you would trade equity for capital, so equity raising seems a little odd, however if we look at it as Equity Capital Raising then there would be a few options:
As they mention potential they must still be working out the deal so we may not hear for a wee while... So rather then watching the buys and sells today take a break guys
- Convertible securities
- Sophisticated/retail investors (again)
- Registered direct offerings
