Only 10% dilution, should keep us liquid until the next leg up in SP, I expect such an offer to be oversubscribed, and that the pullback to 11c on market will be short lived, as the buyers realise that the demand at 11c will be far greater than the 270M on offer, especially if the offer is dependent on current holdings. If they were all given to Farjoy, he would increase his holding to about 18%, (270M current holding + 270M @11c)/(2700M + 270M), He could have bought up to another 27M without having to submit another substantial holding change declaration.
