It would have to be misplaced sentiment ratehr than the price of oil. From what I can see the price of Tapis crude in $A is pretty much the same as th emid point of last year say $A100. A point made in the last quarterly and likely to be so in this one.
What it really means is were accumulating cash (a war chest?) never a bad thing.
