At the AGM, a 10% placement facility was approved. From the AGM notice:

The ability of an entity to issue Equity Securities under Listing
Rule 7.1A is in addition to the entity’s 15% placement capacity
under Listing Rule 7.1.
At the date of this Notice of Meeting, the Company has on issue
2,499,846,742 shares and therefore has a capacity to issue:
• 343,977,011 Equity Securities under Listing Rule 7.1; and
• under Resolution 3, subject to Shareholder approval being
sought, 249,984,674 Equity Securities under Listing Rule 7.1A.
The actual number of Equity Securities that the Company will
have capacity to issue under Listing Rule 7.1A will be calculated
at the date of issue of the Equity Securities in accordance with
the formula prescribed in Listing Rule 7.1A.2 (refer to Section
3.3 above).

So the 200M issued in June was covered by rule 7.1A, and there are still nearly 50M that could be issued under that rule, plus another 343M under rule 7.1.

Interesting to note that rule 7.1A is only available to companies under the $300M MC, and not listed in the ASX300. Next AGM I doubt we will have the capacity to do this again!
