I will be disappointed if this is not at a premium.
This is a company in an excellent position to do an extraordinary deal with a major if it wished.
I will be very happy with 200million shares to COP @ 25c to raise $50million.
Deals like that CAN be pulled off in special circumstances (COP in the know regarding Senegal) and sudden issue of the Bell Potter report could have been a requirement by COP to justify the premium.
All just in my humble opinion!
