That's my whole point they walk away financially better off for taking the Co backwards with no ramifications .....

Micheal-more failed when he did not foresee ahead and was hit by the GFC..train
but TB failed post GFC in much better times where he arrived with the credentials of expertise in business growth and development ..lol
with all that cash he failed to grow and diversify the Co from its reliance on PH....
rather he ran PH to the ground to maintain production levels and paid the price for the collapsed wall which cost millions and millions of SH funds to remedy ..
rather he spent millions in drilling the land around PH into Swiss cheese to no avail
and the capital management ,,and so on.. .....total failure...
