    And I think MCR's acceptance was at a discount to Ant.'s market bid of $1.20..say around $1.14.
    Yes MCR may pick up another 20-40cps if they now sell on-market, but there is a breakfee payable to Ant. that needs to be considered.
    To MCR and TYC holders this just couldnt get better!!
