Perhaps it may not be Arrow as such. Arrow is 50/50 PetroChina and Shell. Both parties have their own customers, they merely share the gas supply. Shell of course have their own lng technology and would therefore not be likely to be interested in the OSMR process. PetroChina on the other hand is a very different proposition, if there is to be a project at FL this is the most likely prospect, especially if the project was to involve some PetroChina equity!

Anyway, speculation is interesting but will get us nowhere. All will be revealed in due course,
