you are confusing me a bit there simi: I didn't know TEX was selling their USA assets (other than a partial asset disposal) - maybe you know more than I do. Even if you are right and they are selling the USA assets, those sales would generate capital so you won't need to do a cr (surely a bridging loan can do that).

Regarding the leaky boat comment, that's funny - this entire forum thrives on people talking to people and picking up bits of information and sharing it with others....don't kill the messenger!

Finally, if as you say "they want to sell their usa assets", I can't wait to hear what they are going to do next and what this means for their employees (who, presumably, will no longer be necessary).

All sounds a bit far fetched frankly.......
